Quality Process

• Raw Material Stage

Incoming raw material tested in house to confirm as per our P.O the, Physical Dimensions Material Grade Thickness by measurement instrument Laboratory test performed to confirm the material composition. QC Passed material is then released for fabrication

• Fabrication Stage

Inspection after complete mark up and go ahead for cutting. Re inspection upon fit up and go ahead for welding Final welding inspection by NDT (PT / MT / UT / RT for critical applications) Hydro test against design pressure for Pressure equipment’s and piping as per process requirement

• Finishing & Despatch

Surface finishing to required grit by imported buffing machines. Equipment dismantled and sent to packing section. Special care taken to pack Critical components
